RCAP Qingdao Invitational Tournament 2025 will be held in conjunction with the 2025 Global Ocean Development Forum which is co-hosted by Shandong Provincial People’s Government and the Ministry of Natural Resources of the People’s Republic of China, and organized by Qingdao Municipal People’s Government, the Department of International Cooperation of the Ministry of Natural Resources, the Department of Natural Resources of Shandong Province, and the Oceanic Administration of Shandong Province.
